Known sometimes as “Pony car” or “Muscle car,” the first Chevy Camaro was available for sale in September 1966, for the 1967 model year. The Chevy Camaro was designed as a direct competitive model to the Ford Mustang announced with great fanfare to the public the previous June.

1997 Camaro Z-28 30th Anniversary convertible – RPO Z4C . Extremely Rare, one of 728 made. This has to be one of the roughest, rattiest, most neglected examples of one these rare convertibles in existence. The Z-28 has a clear title and is not wrecked or rusty but it’s partially disassembled, missing a few small items and although the engine “looks” rebuilt I have no idea what condition it’s in. The car will need a total restoration but it’s a must have item for the advanced Camaro collector. $4,000 n-287
